What is Support Coordination?
Our Support Coordinator is well-versed with NDIS plans and policies and hence is aware of the right way to implement the funded support services thereby linking you to the community and making the most of the available help. Thus, improve the quality of life for participants and their loved ones.
Our supports include:
- Capacity Building: Our team will support participants in capacity building.
- Budget Management: Supports effective management of participant’s NDIS plans.
- Annual Plan Reviews and Reporting: Prepare, support participants for annual plan reviews and other reporting obligations to NDIA.
Throughout your NDIS journey, our support coordinators will be at your beck and call to help you make any necessary modifications to your NDIS plan. We will help you improve your plan and make sure it accommodates your changing needs.
